As part of the Churchill Cup World Rugby 2006 Championships, Wellington County and Waterloo County challenged each other. Our Girls won and our Boys lost. They got to keep their special uniforms and got a free ticket to the Canada/England game. We got trounced. It was a great game though...lots of spirit.
The team picture was taken on the emergency field bed, as one boy broke his leg and the other separated his shoulder.
