Day Two - Sleeping Giant and Terry Fox

For anyone travelling the Trans Canada, you would be familiar with this stop. Last time I was there, the statue was out at the hwy. It was since relocated to the lookout directly above the original location. This is one of the most incredible lookouts and a tribute to a brave and visionary man. Terry Fox has inspired Canadians to raise so much money for Cancer research it is mind boggling. If you ever get a chance to go to ThunderBay, I would highly recommend this spot. This is a must see, must experience location. Very powerful, very inspiring, very beautiful.
